Terms and Conditions
Welcome to MUSEYA.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, download, and use of all digital artworks, therapeutic cards, session tools, and downloadable content (“Materials”) provided by Museya @ Sunnyfish Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Materials, you agree to these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All artwork, images, text, concepts, and digital files are the exclusive intellectual property of Sunnyfish Studio.
You receive a limited-use license to access and use the Materials; ownership of the artwork is not transferred.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Sunnyfish Studio.
This license is granted to a single practitioner for personal or professional use and is non-transferable.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Materials as follows:
Personal and professional use
In personal mindfulness, meditation, grounding, or reflective practices.
In professional healing sessions, circles, spiritual coaching, and guided experiences.
In workshops, classes, or one-on-one sessions.
As visual aids, prompts, or reflective tools within your own practice.
Printing
You may print the cards for your own use as a single practitioner.
Attribution (optional but appreciated)
When artwork appears in printed or digital handouts for session purposes, a small credit such as:
“Artwork © Sunnyfish Studio. Used with permission.”
is appreciated.
3. Prohibited Uses
Museya artwork is created with care and offered to support meaningful personal and professional practices. To preserve the integrity of the work, the rights of its creator, and the quality of experience for all users, certain uses are not permitted. These guidelines are designed to ensure fair use, prevent unauthorized distribution, and maintain legal protection for the artwork. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for the boundaries that allow Museya to continue sustainably.
3.1 Resale, Redistribution, or Sharing
Unauthorized distribution affects the ability of independent creators to continue producing this work. For this reason, the following are not allowed:
• Selling or reselling the digital files or printed copies.
• Sharing the files with clients, colleagues, or any third party.
• Uploading, posting, or distributing the artwork online.
• Including the artwork in courses, programs, or memberships where participants receive copies.
• Posting high-resolution artwork publicly.
• Using the artwork in AI systems, training sets, or generative workflows.
3.2 Derivative or Commercial Products
To avoid confusion about authorship and protect the artistic identity of Museya, you may not:
• Use the artwork to create new decks, journals, therapeutic tools, or derivative works.
• Produce merchandise, stickers, templates, or printable goods for sale.
• Create collage sheets, altered images, or rebranded versions of the artwork.
• Produce digital downloads or physical goods for resale.
Editing, altering, reformatting, or repackaging for any commercial purpose is not permitted.
3.3 AI and Machine Learning Restrictions
To maintain artistic integrity and prevent unauthorized replication, the artwork may not be:
• Uploaded to public or private AI datasets.
• Used to train, refine, prompt, or seed AI or machine-learning models.
• Modified or transformed using AI tools to create derivative images.
• Integrated into algorithmic or automated systems.
3.4 Multi-User or Institutional Use
The single-practitioner license does not extend to multi-user environments. The following require a separate written license:
• Use by more than one practitioner.
• Use within clinics, teams, studios, or organizations.
• Classroom, course, or program-wide distribution.
• Internal sharing among colleagues.
Please contact Sunnyfish Studio for group, institutional, or specialty licensing.
4. Printing and Attribution
You may print the Materials for your personal or professional use as a single practitioner.
If including artwork in worksheets, handouts, or slides, please add:
“Artwork © Sunnyfish Studio. Used with permission.”
5. Licensing Expansion and Custom Use
If you are interested in expanded licensing, multi-user arrangements, commercial rights, custom artwork, or collaborative projects, please contact:

6. Refund Policy
Because the Materials are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues with your download, our team will gladly assist you.
7. Disclaimer
The Materials support reflection, grounding, emotional awareness, and mindfulness.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
All users and practitioners are responsible for ensuring that the Materials are used within their legal, ethical, and professional scope.
